Kery has 25 years leading performance improvement and learning strategies for global health care employees and organizations.

He is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT). In 2006, He was president of International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) Chicago Chapter. Kery is an adjunct professor of organizational leadership at Trinity International University in Deerfield, Il.  He is currently serving as the Chair for the ISPI Nominations Committee for 2013.

Kery designs high impact learning curriculums and interventions for corporate initiatives. He successfully developed and implemented global training evaluation standards and guidelines. He has a mastery level of knowledge and experience in adult learning principles and facilitation techniques.

Kery has presented at domestic and international training and performance improvement conferences utilizing highly interactive presentation style with simple and effective tools.
