Annette is a performance improvement specialist and instructional designer with extensive experience in the design, development, and delivery of learning and performance solutions across industries.  She has strong time management and organizational skills. Annette also has excellent written and verbal communication skills. She is able to engage in productive dialogue at all levels of an organization.

She is currently a freelance consultant and the newly-appointed Director of People for the Chicago Chapter of CISPI.

Annette is well-versed in HPT methodologies, procedures, and interventions. She is competent in developing performance solutions involving e-learning, virtual classroom, conference workshops, instructor-led training, blended learning, and various non-instructional interventions. She is skilled in developing training, instructor and participant guides, train-the-trainer materials, coaching guidelines, job-aids, procedure manuals, technical guides, presentations, and documentation.

Annette has had three articles published in ISPIís online journal, Performance Xpress.
